- 2 to 3 lb. venison roast
- 1 small green pepper
- 1 small onion
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. sweet basil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. Accent
- 2 to 4 c. water
Directions

1Brown meat.

2Add water to roast in crock-pot.

3Add onion and green pepper.

4Cook 4 to 5 hours on high or 8 hours on low.

5When cooked, shred meat and add seasonings to broth.

6Serve on hoagie buns.

7Use broth for dipping.
