  • 1 small green pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. sweet basil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. onion salt
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp. Accent
  • 2 to 4 c. water

    Brown meat.

    Add water to roast in crock-pot.

    When cooked, shred meat and add seasonings to broth.
