- 1 tsp. dried yeast
- 5 oz. warm water
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions

1Sift the flour into a big bowl.

2Add the dried yeast.

3Add the water and oil.

4Stir thoroughly until it forms a dough.

5Knead until smooth and stretchy.

6Cover with a damp cloth and leave to rise for 30 minutes.

7Grease 2 round 10-inch pizza pans.

8Halve the dough and press each half into a pan.

9Spread the bases with your chosen toppings and bake for 25 minutes at 350°.
