- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1/2 c. cottage cheese (farmer style)
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Use loaf pan.

3Slice Jack cheese and layer bottom of pan with 1/2 of Jack cheese.

4Add 1/2 of spinach to cheese, add cottage cheese then rest of spinach.

5Add remaining Jack cheese slices on top.
