• 1 (32 oz.) jar medium picante sauce
• 1 (16 oz.) can hominy, drained
• 2 (16 oz.) cans black-eyed peas, drained
• 1 c. white onion, chopped
• 1 c. green onion, chopped (tops too)
• 1 c. tomato, chopped
• 1 c. green pepper, chopped
• 1/4 c. jalapeno pepper, chopped
• 2 Tbsp. coarse black pepper
• 1 Tbsp. salt
• 2 Tbsp. cumin
• 1 Tbsp. sugar
