- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 4 to 6 Tbsp. olive or canola oil, divided
- garlic salt to taste
- salt to taste
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 large red onion, sliced
- 1 tsp. Mrs. Dash's sodium-free flavoring
Directions

1Using a mallet or meat tenderizer, pound each cutlet until it is 1/4-inch thick.

2Beat the eggs and combine with the milk.

3Dip each cutlet into the egg mixture.
