  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lb. 2 oz. crushed pineapple
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • whipped cream

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except nuts, brown sugar and whipped cream.

    Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with nuts and brown sugar.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.

    Top with whipped cream when serving.
