- 1 medium head cabbage
- 2 c. white sauce
- 8 oz. processed cheese spread with jalapeno peppers, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/4 c. margarine, melted
- 1 c. crushed crackers
Directions

1Chop the cabbage in large pieces.

2Preboil until tender, about 8 minutes.

3Drain the cabbage.

4Make 2 cups white sauce, then add the cheese.

5Stir until the cheese is melted.

6Pour over the drained cabbage, stirring slightly to blend.

7Place the cabbage mixture in a sprayed or buttered 2-quart casserole dish.

8Pour the melted margarine on top of cabbage mixture.

9Sprinkle the crushed crackers on top.

10Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
