  • 2 boxes Jiffy mix
  • 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 3/4 c. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. Monterey Jack grated cheese with jalapeno peppers
  • 2 eggs
  • extra Jalapeno peppers (if desired)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Save a little cheese to place on top.

    Grease an iron skillet and bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
