Ingredients
- 1 c. green pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 c. canned jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
- 1/2 c. red peppers, seeded and diced (optional)
- 6 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 1 bottle Certo
- 5 drops green coloring
- 1/2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Put green and jalapeno peppers with 1/2 cup of vinegar in blender and blend.

2Pour into 4-quart saucepan.

3Rinse blender with remaining vinegar and add to pepper mixture.

4Stir in sugar and red peppers.

5Place on high heat and bring to hard boil that cannot be stirred down.

6Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.

7Skim off foam.

8Stir in Certo and coloring.

9Mix and pour into hot clean jars and seal (lids or paraffin).

10Makes about 7 cups.
