  • 2 cups Cooked Long Grain Rice (still Warm)
  • 15-1/2 ounces, weight Canned Black Beans, Drained And Rinsed
  • 1 cup Frozen Corn Kernels, Thawed
  • 1 Jalapeno, Minced
  • 1 Jalapeno, Seeded And Minced
  • 2 Tablespoons Cilantro, Chopped
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
