  • 1 c. half and half
  • jalapenos (as many as you like)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • hot sauce to taste (optional)
  • Monterey Jack cheese or what you like
  • 1 deep-dish unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except pie shell and cheese. In bottom of pie shell, put

    1 1/2 cups cheese, then pour jalapeno mixture over it. Top with another 1 1/2 cups of cheese. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
