- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. sour milk
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 jar black raspberry jam
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease a 9-inch square pan.

3Assemble mixer.

4In large mixer bowl, cream butter at setting #4. Gradually add sugar and continue to cream.

5Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

6Dissolve baking soda in sour milk.

7Combine dry ingredients and add alternately with sour milk.

8Add jam, mixing until thoroughly combined.

9Pour into prepared pan and bake 50 minutes.

10Serve with whipped cream topping.
