- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cream shortening, cheese and salt until smooth.

2Gradually stir in flour and mix until well blended.

3Divide dough into thirds and chill for several hours.

4Roll out dough on floured surface to 1/8-inch thickness.

5Cut with 2 1/2-inch round cutter.
