  • 1 c. vegetable shortening
  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

    Cream shortening, cheese and salt until smooth.

    Gradually stir in flour and mix until well blended.

    Divide dough into thirds and chill for several hours.

    Roll out dough on floured surface to 1/8-inch thickness.
