- 2 lb. goat meat (preferably leg), cut in 2-inch pieces
- 2 Tbsp. curry powder
- 2 stalks scallions
- 1 whole onion
- 1 clove garlic
- black pepper or hot pepper
- salt or all-purpose seasoning
Directions

1First wash meat, then add curry, scallions, onion, garlic, pepper and salt.

2For better taste, meat should be seasoned in advance.

3Pot should also be of adequate size and partially covered.

4Add water and cook until meat is tender.
