Ingredients

  • 2 cups hibiscus syrup, Jamaica Concentrate
  • 34 cup mango, peeled pitted and diced
  • shredded coconut (optional)
  • rum (optional, not too much or they won't freeze)

Directions

    Pour 2 cups of jamaica concentrate into 8, 4 ounce molds.

    Add pieces of mango, and coconut.

    Place in freezer until set and frozen, about 4 to 5 hours.
