- 2 cups hibiscus syrup, Jamaica Concentrate
- 34 cup mango, peeled pitted and diced
- shredded coconut (optional)
- rum (optional, not too much or they won't freeze)
Directions

1Pour 2 cups of jamaica concentrate into 8, 4 ounce molds.

2Add pieces of mango, and coconut.

3Place in freezer until set and frozen, about 4 to 5 hours.
