- 1/2 cup dark rum
- 2 tablespoons lime juice or 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Place chicken in food storage bag. Pour marinade over chicken. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight, turning bag once or twice.

2Spray grill with cooking spray. Grill chicken until no longer pink.
