- 1 lb. boned chicken breast, cut in pieces
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 12 oz. Polish sausage, sliced
- 1 small green pepper
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. Minute rice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Directions

1Brown chicken in butter in large skillet.

2Add sausage, green pepper, onion and celery; cook until vegetables are just tender, about 5 minutes.

3Mix in tomatoes and water; bring to a full boil. Stir in rice, salt and hot pepper sauce.

4Cover and remove from heat.

5Let stand for 5 minutes.

6Makes about 4 servings.
