- 1/4 lb. smoked sausage
- 1 1/2 c. diced chicken
- 1/2 lb. ham, cubed
- 1 1/2 c. tomatoes
- 1 c. water or broth (can substitute 1 can tomatoes)
- 1 pkg. jambalaya seasoning mix
- 1 tsp. herb seasoning with spice
- 1 tsp. cajun herb seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- salt to taste
- 2 Tbsp. gumbo mix
Directions

1Heat oleo; add sauteed onion and meats.

5Mix well and cook slowly for 1 hour.
