  • 1/4 cp oil
  • 1 chicken (cut up)
  • 2 lbs. anduille sausage
  • 4 cp chopped onion
  • 2 cp chopped celery
  • 2 cp chopped green pepper
  • 1-5 Tbs chopped garlic
  • 5 cp chicken stock
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 3-5 TBS creole spice mixture*
  • 2 - 4 TBS paprika
  • 4 cp long grain rice
  • Cooked cracked crab
  • mixed shellfish (clams, mussels, oysters)
  • 1 cp chopped green onion
