- 1 box Jambalaya rice mix
- 1 cup white rice
- 4 cup tomato juice
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packages lil smokies
- 1 can 14.5 oz diced tomatoes
- 1 salt & pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook Jambalaya rice mix according to box.

2Cook white rice in separate pan till tender.

3While the rice is cooking brown ground beef.

4In large pot combine cooked jambalaya rice, white rice, ground beef, lil smokies (cut in half), tomato juice & diced tomatoes.

5Season to taste.

6Simmer till heated through.

7Serve & enjoy.
