- 1/2 lb. bacon
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 large chopped green peppers
- 1 c. white rice
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 large can tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 lb. ham, cooked and cubed
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Tabasco
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 lb. cooked shrimp (fresh or frozen)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Cook bacon.

3Remove and drain.

4Saute onion and peppers.

5Add rice and stir to coat.

6Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.

7Place in ovenproof pan or dish, cover and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
