- 1 lb. kielbasa, cut in 2-inches
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. sliced celery
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes
- 4 drops hot pepper sauce
Directions

1Cook rice according to directions.

2While rice is cooking, spray a large skillet.

3On medium heat, add kielbasa, onion, pepper and celery; saute.

4Add tomatoes and hot pepper sauce; drain rice and add ingredients together.
