- 1 lb. Polish sausage
- 1/4 c. green pepper
- 1/4 c. green onions
- 1/4 c. yellow onion
- 1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp. garlic
- olive oil
- salt to taste
- cayenne pepper or hot sauce to taste
Directions

1Cook and drain sausage.

2Brown chicken in olive oil.

3Add chopped green peppers and chopped onions.

4Cook in large skillet or heavy Dutch oven until onions are clear.

5Add sausage, rice, broth and spices.

6Cook on low heat until most of liquid is absorbed.
