Ingredients

  • 1 small bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 or 4 stalks celery, chopped
  • 4 chicken breast, chopped
  • 1 lb. smoke sausage, sliced 1/2 inch slices
  • 3 c. rice
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. parsley
  • Kitchen Bouquet

Directions

    Saute green onions, onion and celery until tender, set aside. Boil chicken and sausage until chicken is tender done.
  2. 2
    Remove chicken and sausage and cook rice in the broth where they were cooked.
  3. 3
    After the rice has been cooked stir in chicken, sausage, sauteed vegetables, parsley and Kitchen Bouquet until it is a light caramel color.
