- 1 kg fruit available
- 2 tbsp light brown sugar (2 tablespoons )
- 1/2 tbsp white sugar ( half tablespoon )
- 1 ground cinnamon (to taste)
- 80 grams sultanas
- 1 sweet or puff pastry
Directions

1Heat pan to medium heat and add sugar

2Place fruit in pan on top of sugar

3Cook until sugar has caramelised and fruit is cooked

4Turn fruit once
-
5Place in oven dish and cool
-
6Add pastry lid and tuck in the sides

7Bake in oven at 220 for approximately 22 mins.

8Depends on oven but until golden brown.

9If required this can be tipped upside down onto plate or as a tart.

10Serve with ice cream or custard delicious hot or cold.
