  • 1 t olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 14 oz can stewed Italian-style tomatoes, undrained
  • 12 oz package frozen, ready to eat medium shrimp, thawed and drained
  • 8 oz reduced fat, fully cooked turkey sausage, slicied and quartered
  • 1 t dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 t hot pepper sauce (optional)
  • 4 c rice, cooked
