  • 1 large tomatoes thinly sliced
  • 4 x iceberg lettuce large, vibrant leaves
  • 1 large avocados thinly sliced, spritzed with lemon juice to retard browning
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic minced or pressed
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
