- 6 c. Concord grapes
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 pie crust
Directions

1Separate grape pulp from skins.

2Cook pulp until you can strain out seeds.

3Mix all ingredients and skins.

4Put in pie shell with lattice top and dot with butter.

5Bake at 400° to 425° for 30 to 35 minutes.

6The grapes cook down.
