  • 6 c. Concord grapes
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 pie crust

Directions

    Separate grape pulp from skins.

    Cook pulp until you can strain out seeds.

    Mix all ingredients and skins.

    Put in pie shell with lattice top and dot with butter.

    Bake at 400° to 425° for 30 to 35 minutes.

    The grapes cook down.
