- 2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
- 6 Tbsp. melted margarine
- 1 (14 oz.) pkg. Kraft caramels
- milk
- 1 c. chopped toasted pecans
- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 6 oz. chocolate chips
- 1/4 c. whipping cream
Directions

1Melt the caramels with enough milk to make a creamy consistency.

2Pour over crust.

3Toast the pecans by placing in oven at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes.

4Add the pecans on top of the caramels.

5Beat the cream cheese with the sugar.

6Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

7Add the sour cream and vanilla.

8Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Cool. Melt the chocolate chips with the whipping cream and top cake.
