  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. each: pecans or black walnuts, raisins and coconut
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    In large bowl, combine eggs, margarine and sugar until creamy. Add nuts, raisins, coconut, vanilla and vinegar.

    Mix well.

    Pour into unbaked pie crust.

    Bake 5 minutes at 425°.

    Reduce heat to 325° and bake about 30 to 40 minutes or until set.
