  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. coconut

Directions

    Cream margarine and sugar and add beaten eggs, vanilla and vinegar.

    Mix thoroughly.

    Fold in nuts, raisins and coconut. Pour into an 8-inch unbaked pie shell.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
