  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. raisins (white)
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar

    Beat eggs, margarine and sugar together.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Mix well and pour into pie shell and bake at 300° for 40 to 50 minutes.
