- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1 pie shell, uncooked
Directions

1Melt margarine with sugar over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from stove and add well beaten eggs.

2Add coconut, raisins and nuts.

3Stir in vanilla and vinegar.

4Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake for 1 hour at 300°.
