  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1 pie shell, uncooked

Directions

    Melt margarine with sugar over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from stove and add well beaten eggs.

    Add coconut, raisins and nuts.

    Stir in vanilla and vinegar.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake for 1 hour at 300°.
