- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- pinch of salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. flaked coconut
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Directions

1Combine first 8 ingredients in a medium bowl; mix until smooth.

2Pour filling into unbaked shell.

3Bake at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes or until center is set.
