  • 3/4 stick oleo
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 extra large eggs
  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 unbaked pie crust

Directions

    Melt oleo, then add all other ingredients. Mix well and pour into unbaked crust. Bake for 10 minutes at 385°. Then reduce heat to 325° and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, depending on your oven.
