- 1 c. sugar
- 3 extra large eggs
- 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 unbaked pie crust
Directions

1Melt oleo, then add all other ingredients. Mix well and pour into unbaked crust. Bake for 10 minutes at 385°. Then reduce heat to 325° and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, depending on your oven.
