  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust

Directions

    Mix sugar, oleo, salt, eggs and vanilla. Add coconut, pecans and raisins.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell.

    Bake at 325° for 35 to 40 minutes.
