- 1/4 c. blanched, slivered almonds
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 1/4 lb. ground beef
- 2 c. water
- 2 c. fine noodles
- 1 lb. bag frozen Oriental style vegetables
- soy sauce to taste
Directions

1Saute almonds in butter until lightly browned.

2Set aside. Brown beef well, leaving

3in chunks.

4Stir in water and bring to boil.

5Stir in noodles.

6Cover and simmer 2 to 3 minutes.

7Add vegetables.

8Bring to full boil over medium heat, separating vegetables and stirring frequently.

9Cover and simmer for 3 minutes.

10Stir in soy sauce and sprinkle with almonds.
