- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 lb. thick shanghai noodles or tagliatelle noodles
- 4 oz. Chinese cabbage, chopped
- 4 green onions, chopped
- pepper
- 4 oz. chicken breast meat
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 4 Tbsp. sesame oil
Directions

1Heat oil in wok or frypan.

2Stir-fry chicken 3 to 5 minutes. Meanwhile, cook noodles in boiling salted water until just tender. Drain and rinse under hot water.

3Leave in colander to dry.

4Add cabbage and onions to chicken along with soy sauce, pepper and sesame oil.

5Cook 1 minute and toss in noodles.

6Toss.
