  • 2 sticks butter, soft
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 2 unbaked pie shells

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together; pour into 2 unbaked pie shells. Bake at 450° for 15 minutes.

    Finish cooking at 325° for 30 minutes.
