- 1 lb boneless pork loin
- 12 cup minced onion
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce
- hot cooked rice (optional)
Directions

1Cut pork into 1/2-inch cubes; place in shallow dish.

2Combine all remaining ingredients except rice in blender or food processor; process until smooth.

4Cover and marinate in refrigerator 10 minutes.

5Prepare grill.
