- 1 cup water
- 1 cup light soymilk
- 3 ounces sugar-free red Jell-O
Directions

1In a microwave safe container or bowl, heat the 1 cup water for 2-3 minutes on high.

2Dissolve the gelatin in the hot water.

3Using a blender blend the soy milk and dissolved gelatin together for 2-3 minutes.

4Put mixture into a covered container and let it sit for at least 4-6hours.

5It will separate into two layers.

6One layer will have the milk and the bottom layer will be jell-o.
