Jello Balls

Ingredients

  • 6 oz jello (any flavor you prefer)
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 7 oz shredded coconut

Directions

    measure out 1/2 c. coconut and set aside

    empty jello into bowl, pour in milk and almond extract
  3. 3
    stir with wooden spoon until smooth and well blended
  4. 4
    add larger portion of coconut and stir until dough like consistency
  5. 5
    refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour

    line baking sheet with wax paper and scoop founded tspful of mixture and roll into ball.

    roll each ball in extra coconut

    store in refrigerator

    Tips: Lightly dip hands in water to keep moist while forming balls.

    If layering place wax paper between each layer.
