- 6 oz jello (any flavor you prefer)
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 7 oz shredded coconut
Directions

1measure out 1/2 c. coconut and set aside

2empty jello into bowl, pour in milk and almond extract

3stir with wooden spoon until smooth and well blended

4add larger portion of coconut and stir until dough like consistency

5refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour

6line baking sheet with wax paper and scoop founded tspful of mixture and roll into ball.

7roll each ball in extra coconut

8store in refrigerator

9Tips: Lightly dip hands in water to keep moist while forming balls.

10If layering place wax paper between each layer.
