- 1 small pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 1 c. hot water
- 3/4 c. Wesson oil
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. lemon flavoring
- 2 c. confectioners sugar
- 5 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Dissolve lemon Jell-O in 1 cup of hot water.

2Let cool.

3Add Wesson oil, cake mix and lemon flavoring, then add four eggs (beaten to the mixture).

4Bake at 325° for 1 hour in a small tube pan which has been greased and floured.

5When done, pour the following sauce over cake while warm:

62 cups confectioners sugar and 5 tablespoons lemon juice.
