  • 1 pkg. raspberry Jell-O
  • 1 pkg. cream cheese (3 oz.)
  • 1/3 c. salad dressing (mayonnaise)
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1/2 c. nuts, crushed
  • 1/3 c. coconut
  • 1 c. whipped Milnot

Directions

    Prepare Jell-O with one cup hot water.

    Chill in refrigerator until slightly firm.

    Mix pineapple, crushed nuts and coconut together.

    Mix softened cream cheese and mayonnaise together.

    Beat Milnot until frothy; blend in cream cheese, pineapple, coconut and nuts.

    Whip slightly firm Jell-O and add to whipped Milnot.

    Pour into Jell-O mold.

    Set until firm.
