  • 1 (3 oz.) box lime Jell-O
  • 1 (3 oz.) box lemon Jell-O
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1 c. cold water
  • 2 bottles Avoset whipping cream
  • 1 small carton cottage cheese (small curds)
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained

Directions

    Combine Jell-O, hot water and cold water.

    Add whipping cream, mayonnaise and crushed pineapple and mix with mixer.

    Fold in cottage cheese.

    Pour into mold and refrigerate until firm.
