  • 4 eggs
  • 1 box lemon jello
  • 2/3 c. water
  • 2/3 c. Wesson oil

Directions

    Mix jello and cake mix; add water and beat 2 minutes.

    Add oil and beat 2 minutes.

    Beat entire mixture 3 minutes more.

    Pour into greased tube pan and bake at 325° for 40 minutes.

    Can be iced or frosted with icing sugar.

    Fill center with ice cream or fruit cake; makes a nice birthday cake for a man.
