- 1 1/3 c. flour (self-rising)
- 1/4 c. shortening or margarine
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1/4 c. milk
- Sweet 'N Low to equal 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 box sugarless Jell-O (any flavor)
- 1/2 box vanilla sugarless pudding
- D-Zerta (for topping)
Directions

1Reserve 1/2 teaspoon Jell-O dry for topping.

2Follow normal method for mixing cake, adding Jell-O and pudding last.

3Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into cake comes out clean.

4Bake in small 7 or 8-inch cake pan.

5Cool completely; put on topping.
