  • 1 1/3 c. flour (self-rising)
  • 1/4 c. shortening or margarine
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • Sweet 'N Low to equal 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 box sugarless Jell-O (any flavor)
  • 1/2 box vanilla sugarless pudding
  • D-Zerta (for topping)

Directions

    Reserve 1/2 teaspoon Jell-O dry for topping.

    Follow normal method for mixing cake, adding Jell-O and pudding last.

    Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into cake comes out clean.

    Bake in small 7 or 8-inch cake pan.

    Cool completely; put on topping.
