  • 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. Jell-O brand vanilla pudding
  • 1 c. corn syrup
  • 3/4 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 unbaked 8-inch pie shell

Directions

    Blend pudding and corn syrup.

    Gradually add milk and egg, blending well.

    Add pecans.

    Pour into pie shell.

    Bake at 350° until firm and top cracks, about 40 to 45 minutes.
