Ingredients

  • 13 c. water
  • 3 (3 oz.) pkg. gelatin
  • 4 c. sugar
  • 2 (46 oz.) cans pineapple juice
  • 1 (12 oz.) jar lemon juice
  • 1 (1 oz.) bottle almond extract
  • ginger ale

Directions

    Boil water and stir in gelatin and sugar until dissolved.

    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

    Pour mixture into milk or plastic cartons or Tupperware containers and freeze.

    Mixture should be taken out of freezer so that it is slushy at serving time.

    Mix in possibly two bottles ginger ale, depending on personal preference.
