  • 2 small pkg. apricot Jell-O
  • 1 small pkg. peach Jell-O
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve 1/2 c. juice)
  • 1 c. peaches, chopped and drained (reserve 1/2 c. juice)
  • 4 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 large (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

Directions

    Dissolve Jell-O in 3 cups boiling water.

    After completely dissolved, add 2 1/2 cups cold water.

    Set in refrigerator until it begins to set up.

    Fold in pineapple and peaches.

    Let completely gel.
